This customer had a damaged ranch-style staircase originally. As with many (not all!) ranch-style staircases, they had an ‘odd shape one’ style staircase, meaning that the handrail needs to fix to the ceiling, rather than being able to run all the way up the stairs to the top newel post. This customer had a new pine newel post and pine baserail which is painted white to match the stringer and internal doors. They then opted to have clamped glass with brushed stainless steel handrail which looks great with grey carpet runner and stainless steel door handles.
