How long does the application take?

On average, it takes 5 minutes to complete an application.

when will i know i've been approved?

Lending decisions can take up to 30 minutes to be approved. Usually, they can take up to 10 seconds.

When do payments start?

Approximately one month after receiving the goods. You'll be asked to sign to confirm the delivery has been made in full, after which your repayments will be scheduled.

Are there any additional fees?

No, there are no setup or hidden fees included.

Can I repay early without penalties?

Yes, there are no penalties for settling early. Please note, you won't make any savings by settling early as no interest is charged.

How long does delivery take?

There is a 14-day cooling off period. After this, typical delivery to mainland UK is 3 weeks (upto 6 weeks for Scottish deliveries)

Who is eligible for finance?

You must be at least 18 years old, be a UK resident (for more than 12 months), own a personal bank account which a direct debit can be taken and meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Working in permanent employment for at least 16 hours
  • Self employed
  • Retired
  • On disability allowance
  • Be unemployed with consent of a co-habiting working partner.
