Delivery is available across Mainland UK.

Delivery times for our bespoke balustrade kits are usually within 21days. Due to the remote location of some orders going to Scotland it can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Small parts and accessory orders will be delivered by Royal Mail, usually within 3-4 working days. Prices are calculated at checkout.

Deliveries are made to the room of choice (provided it’s on the ground floor). We don’t just leave it on your doorstep! 

Once an order is placed you’ll be contacted by email with a proposed delivery date. You can accept or decline this date with the click of a button. Note: declining a delivery date will likely delay your delivery.

Once your delivery date is confirmed you’ll receive an ETA from the delivery driver the evening before. You MUST be at the address to receive the goods and sign for the quantity and condition of items.  

NOTE: We cannot accept claims for damaged or missing items once a delivery has been completed – so please check all items carefully. Be mindful of how you handle the goods during your installation.

We’ve partnered with a dedicated, specialist courier that’s very experienced in transporting large glass panels and long lengths of handrail and baserail. Due to the nature of the specialist delivery required for our products the price of our delivery is based on the location. Whilst prices may seem higher than expected when comparing to other items you purchase, our priority is to ensure the safe and complete arrival of your products.

COLLECTIONS

Collections are available direct from our factory in Barton Under Needwood, DE138AJ 

ALL collections must be pre-arranged. Please make sure you’ve had confirmation that your items are ready before you set off. We don’t want you having a wasted journey. 

Collections are only available during our factory operating hours of 8am-4pm.
