Once you’ve paid for your order, you will need to sign off your kit. Changes from this point onwards are not possible, however changes prior to this can be made.

Amending Your Order Before Manufacturing
AMEND YOUR SIZES
If you realise the measurements provided are incorrect, you will have the option to alter these before the kit is created.
CHANGE CHOSEN FINISH OR SYSTEM TYPE
If you decide on a different type of kit, this can be amended before the manufacturing stage.
UPDATE ANGLE OF STAIRCASE
You’ll receive a digital protractor from us, you can input your staircase angle.
Give everything one last check before you confirm and sign off your order, after this point we will begin the manufacturing process.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE CONFIRMED?
Unfortunately, it is not possible once the order has been fulfilled. You will have the option to review and confirm your order multiple times before going ahead.
We try to plan deliveries to be as efficient and environmentally responsible as possible. It’s encouraged to only amend your delivery if required. You’ll receive an offer for delivery dates one week after order has been confirmed.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY DELIVERY TIME AND DAY?
One week after confirming your order, you’ll be offered a delivery slot on a specific day. You can request a new date via the notes section of that date offer page. If you cannot find your date offer, the best thing to do is call us on 0800 699 0021.
Although we cannot guarantee it, if there is a circumstance that requires you to change your delivery day or time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?
From confirmation, we pledge to deliver within 3 weeks (4-6 weeks if in Scotland). Any amends to the delivery time/day may impact this and cause delay to your delivery.
