2. TALK TO THE TEAM

Once you have received your brochure and thought about what style you would like to achieve you can either jump to step three, following our simple video instructions to measure and generate your own quote online or if you would like some assistance you have two options:

– Book a video call with one of our technical support team, who will talk you through the process.

– Send us some photos of your existing setup using Whatsapp and we can get back to you with an idea of price.

3. ORDER ONLINE

Our revolutionary online ordering system makes it incredibly simple to order your bespoke system online.

Of course, if you have a video call with our sales team, they will gladly assist you with placing your order during the call.

4. FIT YOUR NEW KIT

You can expect delivery within three weeks of signing off your order (six weeks for delivery to Scotland) and can then see our simple fitting guides to fit your new glass balustrades. If you are wanting someone to install the kit for you, you can make use of our Stairfurb fitting service which is available in some regions, or you can find a local independent fitter to install the kit for you. To find our if installation is available in your region, or to find your nearest recommended fitter, head to our ‘Find Your Fitter Page’.

Delivery lead times will be extended by up to 14 days for customers paying with consumer finance, due to the 14 day cooling off period.
